BLN STUDIO | TERMS OF SERVICE & STORE POLICY

By purchasing, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Delivery & Access

  • Instant Fulfillment: Scripts are delivered automatically to your CFX.re Keymaster/portal account.
  • Discord Integration: Purchases grant the Customer role in our Discord community.
  • Disclaimer: BLN Studio is not responsible for delays or downtime caused by the Tebex or Keymaster infrastructure.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been assigned to your account.
  • Technical Bugs: Refunds are only considered if a bug is found within the BLN Studio code that we are unable or unwilling to fix.
  • Updates: Product updates are provided free of charge. A bug found in a new update is not grounds for a refund; we recommend always backing up your stable versions.

3. Usage & Restrictions

  • Framework: ANY.
  • No Tampering: Modification, reverse-engineering, or "cracking" of encrypted files is strictly prohibited. Any attempt will result in a permanent ban and revocation of your licenses.
  • Official Source: Support is only provided for scripts purchased directly from the BLN Studio Tebex Store.

4. Support & Conduct

  • Verification: Support is reserved for verified customers with the active Discord role.
  • Behavior Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, aggression, or toxicity toward our developers. Such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent removal from our Discord and support services.

5. Liability & Legal

  • User Responsibility: BLN Studio is not liable for data loss, server crashes, or performance issues. You assume all risk associated with script installation.
  • Non-Affiliation: BLN Studio is independent and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or RedM.

BLN Studio reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be announced via our official Discord server.
